Performance & Content Marketer

At Dolphin AI, marketing works smart, not just hard. We use AI tools to multiply our content output and lean on data to quickly find out what actually lands. It's a role where you promote our own service while proving out, first-hand, the very automation we sell to customers.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce short-form video, blog, and social content using AI
- Set up and optimize Naver, Meta, and Google ad campaigns
- Own the KPI dashboard and run improvement experiments (A/B testing)
Who we're looking for
- Experience creating content or running performance ad campaigns
- The ability to read results in the numbers and design the next experiment
- An eagerness to put AI tools to work in day-to-day tasks
Nice to have
- Video editing skills
- A sharp sense for copywriting
- Experience marketing commerce or local businesses
